【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofthefollowingcateringattachmentsintendedtobeconnectedtoanauxiliarydrivehubofmachinesusedincatering(mainlybutnotexclusivelyplanetarymixers)andtobeusedinthecommercialandinstitutionalcateringindustry:-vegetablecuttersandcheesegraters;-wormtypeattachments;-fruitsqueezers;-meatmincers;-pastaextruders;-coffeegrinder;-stripcutters;-planetarymixersandwhippers;-potato-mashers.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocateringattachments,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer.Itdealswiththehazardsduetotheuse,themaintenance,thecleaning,removalofjammedfood,feedingandchangingthetool(seeClause4).1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:-cateringattachmentswhichareexclusivelypartoftheequipmentofthemachinestheyareintendedfor(asoptionalorstandardequipment);-thedrivingmachinesforwhichtheattachmentsareintended(butthestandarddealswiththeinterfaceoftheattachmentswiththesemachines);-attachmentsincludingelectricalequipment.1.4NoiseisnotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocateringattachmentswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
