【摘要】:ThistestmethodisusedtodevelopdataforcomparisonorcompliancewiththerequirementsofSpecificationC869.1.1Thistestmethodfurnishesawayofmeasuring,inthelaboratory,theperformanceofafoamingchemicaltobeusedinproducingfoam(aircells)formakingcellularconcrete.1.2Thistestmethodincludesthefollowing:1.2.1Manufactureoflaboratoryquantitiesofcellularconcrete.1.2.2Determinationoftheaircontentofthefreshlypreparedcellularconcreteandofthehardenedconcreteafterhandlinginconventionalmachinery.1.2.3Determinationofthefollowingpropertiesofthehardenedconcrete:compressivestrength,tensilesplittingstrength,density,andwaterabsorption.Itmaynotbenecessarytostudyalloftheabovepropertiesinallcases,dependingontheproposeduseofthematerial.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.
