【摘要】:XMLisatechnicalstandarddefinedbytheWorldWideWebConsortium(W3C)thatcanbeusedforthephysicalrepresentation(i.e.thesyntax)ofstandardizedISO20022Messages.XMLleavesalotoffreedomfortheexactwayitisusedinaparticularapplication.Therefore,merelystatingthatXMLisusedisnotsufficienttoguaranteepredictability;onemustalsoexplainhowitwillbeused.ISO/TS20022-4:2004containsasetofXMLdesignrules,calledISO20022XML.ThesedesignrulesdefinehowastandardizedMessage-describedbyaMessageDefinitioninUMLaccordingtotheModellingGuidelinesofISO/TS20022-3-mustberepresentedasavalidISO20022compliantXMLdocument.AvalidXMLdocument(referredtoasan"XMLinstance")asdefinedbyW3CisanyXMLdocumentthathasanassociateddescriptionandthatcomplieswiththeconstraintsexpressedinthatdescription.TheassociateddescriptioninthiscaseisderivedfromtheMessageDefinition,whichisoriginallydescribedinUML.ISO/TS20022-4:2004alsodescribeshow(apartof)theUMLMessageDefinitioncanbeconvertedintoaW3CXMLSchema.ThisXMLschemawillthenmakeitpossibletouseavalidatingXMLschemaparsertoautomaticallyverifythatagivenXMLinstancecomplieswith(asubsetof)theconstraintsdescribedintheMessageDefinition.
