【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofvegetablepeelersusedinthecommercialandinstitutionalcateringindustry,andinfoodshops.Themachinesconcernedbythisstandardaredesignedtopeeldifferentsortsofvegetablesandtuberssuchaspotatoes,carrots,salsify,turnips,celeryandonions.Thestandardislimitedtomachineswherethemaximumcapacityis50kg.Themachinesarenotintendedtobemovedduringoperation.Therotatingplatemixestheproductunderappropriateconditionssothatthedesiredoperationiscarriedoutontheentireload.Thisoperationcanbe:?theabradingofthesurfaceofthevegetableortuber;?thecuttingoffineparticlesofskinifthefittingisoftheblade-type;?grating,anoperationwhichissimilartoabrading;?scrapingorcleaningwithabrush,rubbercoatingorcastironsurface.Machinessubjecttothisstandardusewatercirculationtocarrywastetothewasteoutlet.Theundersideoftheplateissometimesdesignedwithraisedpartswhichspeedupthedischargeofthewastewater.!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,cleaning,removaloffoodblockages,feeding,changingthetools,maintenanceanddecommissioningofthemachine."Machinescoveredbythisstandardarenotintendedtobecleanedbyhighpressurewaterjets.1.2ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplytodomesticmachines.Vegetablepeelershavenothingincommonwithmeatderindingmachines(whicharedealtwithin!EN12355"),bothfromtheirdesignandusestandpoint.1.3!ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttovegetablepeelers,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."1.4!Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforvegetablepeelers.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnexA."!deletedtext"!1.5IthasbeenassumedinpreparingthisEuropeanStandardthatthevegetablestobeprocessedhavenoforeignbodies,e.g.stones.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletovegetablepeelerswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN."
