【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedforusewithflyashthatcanbeusedseparatelyoralongwithotherstabilizingadmixturestoimprovesoilproperties.Thecharacterizationofthephysicalandchemicalpropertiesoftheflyashshallassistintheevaluationoftheflyashforsoilstabilization.Thispracticeisnotintendedtolimittheflexibilityofdesigninsoilstabilization.Thedegreeofsuccessattainedinsoilstabilizationishighlydependentontheparticularcombinationofsoil,flyash,andotheradditivesandtheconstructionprocedureused.Demonstratedsoundengineeringproceduresthatresultinappropriatephysicalcharacteristicsareacceptable.Theselectionofappropriatematerials,applicabletests,acceptancecriteria,andspecificationistheresponsibilityofthedesignengineer.Note18212;Thequalityoftheresultproducedbythisstandardisdependentonthecompetenceofthepersonnelperformingit,andthesuitabilityoftheequipmentandfacilitiesused.AgenciesthatmeetthecriteriaofPracticeD3740aregenerallyconsideredcapableofcompetentandobjectivetesting/sampling/inspection/etc.UsersofthisstandardarecautionedthatcompliancewithPracticeD3740doesnotinitselfassurereliableresults.Reliableresultsdependonmanyfactors;PracticeD3740providesameansofevaluatingsomeofthosefactors.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforcharacterizingflyashtobeusedinsoilstabilization.Thispracticelistsrepresentativetestmethodsfordeterminingthechemical,physical,andcementitiouspropertiesofflyash.Abroadguidelineisprovidedinthatexplainsthesignificanceofthesepropertiesinsoilstabilization.1.2AllobservedandcalculatedvaluesshallconformtotheguidelinesforsignificantdigitsandroundingestablishedinPracticeD6026.1.2.1Themethodusedtospecifyhowdataarecollected,calculated,orrecordedinthisstandardisnotdirectlyrelatedtotheaccuracytowhichthedatacanbeappliedindesignorotheruses,orboth.Howoneappliestheresultsobtainedusingthisstandardisbeyonditsscope.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundequivalentsareshownforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.1.4Thispracticeoffersasetofinstructionsforperformingoneormorespecificoperations.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthispracticemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaproject''smanyuniqueaspects.Theword"Standard"inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess..1.5Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.

适用范围
本标准规定了聚酯（涤纶）、聚酰胺（锦纶）、聚丙烯（丙纶）、纤维素纤维等化学长丝拉伸性能的试验方法。
本标准适用于化学纤维长丝（预取向丝、牵伸丝、变形丝等）。从织物中抽出来的化学纤维长丝可参照使用。
本标准不适用于张力自０．０５ｃＮ／ｄｔｅｘ增加到０．１ｃＮ／ｄｔｅｘ时，伸长率大于０．５％的长丝。
